Gopro Credit Agreement

In Nevada: Please note the GoPro Care Bill of Sale for the purchase price of this contract. This contract is not renewable. The section entitled “What is not covered” is amended to stipulate that this contract does not cover existing conditions, including manufacturing errors or accidental damage resulting from handling that occurred prior to the entry into force of this treaty. This contract does not apply to product modifications covered, unauthorized or not recommended by the manufacturer, or to damage resulting from such unauthorized or unreased changes by the manufacturer. However, if the covered product is modified or repaired in an unauthorized or unrea recommended manner by the manufacturer, we do not automatically suspend all coverage. On the contrary, this contract will continue to offer applicable coverage that is not related to the unauthorized or unrea recommended change by the manufacturer or the resulting damage, unless such coverage is otherwise excluded by the terms of this contract. The “Arbitration Agreement” section is completely removed. The section entitled “Cancellation” is amended as follows: If you terminate this contract within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of this contract to you (the “first 30 days”), you will receive a refund or credit for the full purchase price of the contract, unless you had a debt covered during the first 30 days. In the event that you have received a covered fee for the first 30 days, your refund will be 100% of the undeserved portion of the purchase price of the contract paid, if any, based on the time elapsed. We do not deduct the cost of receivables or services paid from a refund amount due under this contract. We can revoke this contract only on the basis of non-payment, fraud, misrepresentation or substantial breach of your obligations. In the event that we terminate this contract, we will notify you in writing at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the termination, which announces the effective date of the termination and the reason for the cancellation.

Their refund is 100% of the undeserved portion proportional to the purchase price of the contract paid on the basis of the time elapsed. We do not deduct the cost of receivables or services paid from a refund amount due under this contract. We do not add a cancellation fee if we terminate this contract for the first dispute resolution. Most disputes can be resolved without recourse to arbitration. If you have any disputes with us, you agree to contact us in community.gopro.com before taking formal action and providing a brief written description of the dispute and your contact information (including your username if your dispute relates to an account). To the extent that GoPro has your contact information, it will send you such a message by U.S. email or other means to your email address. You and GoPro will attempt to resolve disputes, claims or controversies through informal negotiations within 60 days of the date a dispute, claim or controversy will be sent.
